In the heart of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, the Padín-Garrido family began in the 1980s a small winemaking project that today stands as a symbol of tradition and authenticity. Drawing on generations of knowledge and experience in handcrafted winemaking, Bodegas Pablo Padín was born — a Rías Baixas winery devoted to producing Albariño wines with a distinctly Atlantic character.
Galicia, a land of vineyards caressed by the sea, has a long and rich winemaking tradition. The Romans first introduced vine cultivation, and centuries later, the Camino de Santiago helped refine winemaking techniques and spread the fame of Galician wines. Since then, Rías Baixas Albariño has become one of the most renowned white wines from Galicia, exported across Europe yet always staying deeply rooted in its Atlantic origin.
